First of all, it is required mentioning here that this class has proved to be a great help for having a better understanding regarding some of the fundamental aspects of international human resource management. An in-depth understanding regarding international staffing and issues involved in the human resource management practices. Three precise things, which this class has helped me to learn are – a) fundamental concept and benefit of the staffing approach, b) concept regarding cross-border merger, acquisition and their role in human resource management and c) fundamental differences between the domestic HRM and international HRM. Here, I would like to mention that each of the course objectives still now has been accomplished successfully.
